Exotic Seeds Club and Fast Buds do not encourage anyone to break the law in their country. Fast Buds cannot be held responsible for the actions of persons who purchase our Cannabis seeds. Exotic Seeds Clubs and Fast Buds can sell you cannabis seeds legally for the use of fishing bait additives or as luxury bird food or as souvenirs. International Warning! We dispatch our seeds on the condition that others will not use them in conflict with applicable local law. Unfortunately, regulation and implementation in respect of Cannabis seeds often differ from country to country. For this reason we advice you as a matter of urgency to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject. It is your responsibility to check with your local laws. As a Fast Buds company customer, you are prohibited from distributing Fast Buds seeds to countries where possession of and/or trafficking in Cannabis seeds is illegal. For your own protection we 'require' you to inquire about and comply with all local laws and international laws governing the purchase of cannabis seeds in your part of the world. In many countries, it is illegal to germinate these cannabis seeds. By ordering, 'you confirm that you checked your local and international law and it is safe to do so' and that the responsibility for that decision rests solely upon you.

Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form.
We must have your full postcode and telephone number.

Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 10 working days.
Charges will be given via email. Price will be quoted on weight of parcel and will be sent by the best carrier for the destination. Delivery time will be 5 to 21 Working days (not including weekends) from the date of shipment. Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 21 working days.
If you require seeds to be returned then the have to be completely unopened and also be in the original packaging.
If, on receipt, the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:
Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting
We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it depending on the fault) If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or refund. Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods
If, on receipt you are not happy with your goods please take the following steps:
Complete a return form stating the reason for return and enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
With the exclusion of seeds.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products, please notify us within 14 days, and return the goods to us.
Please send products back as they were received in the original unopened packaging.
We will not replace any products after 3 months.
The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.
We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law, the telecommunications laws and services protection law.
We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. Please tell us if something goes wrong by contacting us immediately with the contact details above, and we will seek to deal with the matter promptly including providing you, on request, with a copy of our complaint handling procedure.
